Ok so. My problem is….. everytime I go to the bathroom it feels like I’m pooping out GLASS.Like its VERY "sharp" feeling. It hurts like hell. I’ll be laying in bed & get this shooting pain up my butthole haha & like if I squeeze my cheeks together it feels like glass is between them again..? ALSO Another major thing… I am VERY VERY VERY VERY constipated. I go less then twice a week. Its bad,I just stopped drinking coffee since thats all I lived off of,I’m eating veggies & stuff.. BUT BIGGEST THING.. when I do once in a blue moon get to go a normal amount theres BLOOD in my poop! Then when I wipe its like watery blood. Like its straight bright red blood in the poop but on the toliet paper it looks like I put water on it first .. my uncle has BAD BAD hemorrhoids. Like he actually has to wear a maxi pad from the blood.. but mines not on my underwear its only in my poop. My mom said that she definitely thinks its Internal Hemorrhoids since the constipation & sharp glass feeling.. Once again bright red blood.. & NO thin stools. When I go their BIG & hard. It hurts to go. I’m VERY VERY tiny. 85 pounds. For that to come out HURTS. & I’m only 17 so once again chances of cancer or anything seem like 1-1000.. But any help seriously!!?
Ah! Lol I thought that would come up… NO BUTT SEX hahah.. never had it before.. thats def. not it.. :/ & To add on.. I googled Internal Hem.’s & it says itching I have that sometimes. & Its saying cancer could be the case if over 50.. I’m not even over 20 yet..
Oh thank you guys so much!! & Yes my mom also said if its bright red it shouldn’t be to serious.. "black blood" is when to worry which I don’t have thank God. & Definitely need a stool softner yes!!!! Also JUST bought Miralax about 4 hours ago haven’t tried it yet,but again thank you guys!! Another problem I hold it in sometimes which probaly makes bleeding worse? =/ I’ll have to go & just not ugggh lol.

I’m only 17. So all in all I’m ruling out cancer… I mean I have read EVERY WHERE that colon cancer is 99% in people 50 or older.. I’m not even 20.. BUT my issue is… I’m 17.. I only weigh 85 pounds. I don’t eat meat. I don’t eat 3 meals a day. Some days I can go till 7 at night without eating anything all day. I have been constipated ever since I can remember.. Even as a little kid. It takes me about 3 hours NO JOKE.. 3 friggen hours to get a few poops out. I do not drink water at all ever. When I eat its usually only fast food. My mom,& uncle have had BAD hemorrhoids. Very bad. Now.. I strain REALLY bad when I go. Like I push like I’m having a baby,I hold onto the towel rack & everything its THAT bad. I always have to push so hard that I gotta blow up my cheeks in my face with air every 5 seconds. I noticed bright red blood in my poop. Not the whole thing just lines of red blood. Then one time when I wiped it was brigggght red blood. =/ I also hold my poop in a real lot to. My mom said that shes 100% sure its internal hemorrhoids. My poop is VERY big lol like it hurts like hell. & Sometimes I get a shooting pain up my butthole,can’t sit sometimes.. my poops also VERY dry. I looked up colon cancer & it says you’d have pencil like long thin poop which mine are big,hard,& rounder haha. Sooo & once again I’m only 17? Also one more thing when I go it feels like I’m pooping out sharp broken GLASS…?..Sooo…. any help!!?!?!?! I cry everynight thinking I’m dying.. I’ve been praying & stuff like I do have mental illness’s so this is all affecting me way more then it should.. Does this sound like what hemorrhoids are?

First off, I apologize for the awkward question.

I am 21wks pregnant with my first. I have been constipated for a while now and was finally able to go to the bathroom. I had to strain in order to do the deed and when I wiped, I noticed a lot of bright red blood on the toilet paper (there wasn’t any weird discoloration to my bowels itself). It looked as if I had my period. This has happened in the past, but the blood before was just a tiny bit and I figured it was from a bit of external tearing due to the constipation. This time there was a lot of blood. After cleaning up, I check again 5 minutes later and I had not bled anymore. I’ve heard that hemorrhoids are common in pregnancy. Is this something I should be worried about? Thank you for your help.

Yeah so..TMI but…
I went to the toilet a few hours ago and found bright red blood on the toilet roll. I went a while later, and it was there again, even though i didn’t poo. I have had a little bit of blood before, but not this much!

I noticed a change in my bowel habits about 1 and a half years ago..I started to go more frequent, like more than once a day! I don’t have diarrhea or constipation though. (Well, very rarely)

I don’t usually have stomach pains, and if i do they are very mild, and go quickly. I sometimes have pains in my bum when im going to the toilet, but again, only quite mild and occasional. Also it itches occasionally, but just for a few seconds.

Do you think i have bowel cancer =’[??
Its such an embarrassing thing to go to the doctor with, especially at 16 years old. Do you think i have to go?

Okay, so I have had hemorrhoids for about 4 1/2 months now. I do not have insurance yet as I just moved to a different state and the insurance has not been activated yet. I’m 18. When I first noticed this almost 5 months ago I would notice a slight pin pricking sensation on the right side of my anus as I was having a bowel movement. But even before I even noticed that symptom, maybe a couple of weeks before I was lying in bed and woke up with extreme pressure in my rectum. It wasn’t painful, but very irritation constant intense pressure..It eventually went away and I got some sleep. As the months have been going on the pain of going to the bathroom is worse. I notice the pin pricking sensation in more than one spot in my anus as I am having a bowel movement and also some slight burning is occurring. Afterwords it is very sore and as it goes on my anus swells and then the intense pressure comes back. For the past maybe month and a half I have been taking some tylenol rapid release pills after every bowel movement (usually every couple of days i have a bowel movement, on occasion i have had one a couple of days in a row). This takes care of the swelling and pressure..but I can not take the pain of the actual bowel movement anymore. It is extremely painful. I do not strain going to the bathroom, everything is pretty soft. Also on some occasions I will notice some bright red blood in the toilet bowl or on the toilet paper..which is also a sign of hemorrhoids. I have tried using preparation h creams and medicated wipes but they don’t work. I think they are internal hemorrhoids as I do not see or feel anything on the outside. Like I said I cannot go to the doctor right now as I do not have insurance. I will not 100% tell my mom about this..its very embarrassing and will not bring this up under any circumstance to her. A doctor is different. I read to drink more water (which sadly I admit I do not drink water very much, but am definitely going to add it into my every day diet) and eat more fiber. What foods exactly should I be eating that are high in fiber? Nothing fancy or expensive please..im on a budget and need a simple food. Also, what are some other solutions I could do? I heard something about inserting liquid blistex into my rectum..is that safe? Please help me!! I don’t want to live like this anymore!! I really almost cry every time I need to go to the bathroom because it hurts so bad!
yeah i watch the doctors and heard that too..but unfortunately i cant avoid sitting on the toilet lol.
