I work 10 hours a day five days a week and I am 36 weeks pregnant my job is both physically and mentally stressful. Today I came home and had the "urge" to go. Usually I have a little discomfort but nothing like what I had today, I was bleeding and it hurt so bad I had to bite a towel to stop from screaming. So my mother gives me one of her tramadol without even thinking about it I gobble that thing down hopeing to god it’ll relieve some of the pain that I’m having. It does a little but it also cause’s me to have diarrhea. That which brought even more pain and blood to the point of were I couldn’t hardly sit or stand. I go to my ob tomorrow, while I know that she’ll check me out and give me something for the pain I’m worried that I could get in trouble for taking a prescription medicine that’s not mine. It’s not technically a narcotic so there’s really no possibility of someone abusing this medicine, but still it says it’s derived from codiene. I know I should tell my dr about it but after my mother said she shouldn’t of given it to me it’s got me freaked out. At this point I’m almost thinking about not saying anything to my Dr. because what if they call cps? Wow..if my son was taken, I don’t know how I could deal with that. Any advice? Thanks.

I found a large "lump" that’s been causing extreme discomfort when walking. It looks like a raised area similar to cystic acne and it is near the anus. I looked up symptoms and they match the descriptions and symptoms, and I need some good tricks to help relieve it. It’s external and the pain is relieved when I sit, but movement irritates it. Is it a hemorrhoid?

I was looking for external hemorrhoid remedies and I found this H Miracle website. I can’t find anything on the internet saying it’s a scam, but I don’t really know if I should believe all the "reviews" that say it actually work. I don’t know if I should believe that the 60 day guarantee is legit either. Does anyone have experience with H Miracle and can you tell me if it works?

Please don’t tell me to take warm baths or put more fiber in my diet. I’m sorry but I’m very frustrated because for the past 6 weeks I’ve had external hemorrhoids, although not bleeding still very uncomfortable. I’ve been taking warm baths 3 times per day or more, eating nothing but fruits, veggies, whole grains, cut out coffee, cheese, spicey food, everything you’re not supposed to eat, I’m not eating. I’ve used over the counter meds, went to a doctor who told me there was nothing he could do pretty much. I recently discovered the "H Miracle" cure that perscribes the herbal remedy of Fargelin. This seems to be the only thing that has even remotely helped me. But I’m curious to know if anyone else has tried this and if they’ve had success with it. Please help! Thank you!

So, I have had hemorrhoids for a few months now, off and on, mostly external. It started about 3 months ago, and they went away on their own. Then a few weeks after, they came back and did not subside. I purchased some prep-h cream, which helped considerably and they went away for awhile. When they came back, I used the prep-h cream, but it did little to help this time. I really only used it in the mornings and at night, other than the "up to 4 times daily" on the box, since during the day isn’t really practical for me. I purchased the ointment, I figured that it would work better because of the consistency, but they came back after its use like the cream. I tried to use the attachment and place the ointment further inside, but no luck. They are back now with some bleeding off and on. What should I do? I know that a doctors visit would be logical, but I don’t want any type of surgery done.

Does anyone reccommend a treatment that worked for them?
