Okay, before I start, this may not be for the faint of heart. Just a Warning.

So I’ve been having these problems for quite some time. It started way back in May…of 2007. I was noticing that there was a lot of blood on the toilet paper after I had gone the bathroom. It was pretty much more or less just blood on the toilet paper until one time the water in the bowl was pretty much completely red. That only happened once. I did go to the doctor and all he said was it’s not external hemorrhoids and gave me a number to a gasteronologist. Only problem is is that I do not have health insurance. So I never went. Now The bleeding kept up for some time but it has stopped in the past few months. Only thing now is that I occasionally get pains in my lower abdomen and my stool can be any from diarrhea to solid but soft consistancy, or sometimes both in one sitting. For the first time in my life I’m passing stools…or rather a stool. It sticks completely together, for the most part, and is one long deposit. I don’t mean to be disgusting but it’s hard with the topic at hand.
Well, I know IBS is something that is in my family. My cousin got treated for Chron’s after being severely sick for about a good chunck of a year but I don’t believe she was ever tested positive for Chron’s. Either way, this stuff does run through my family. My doctor kind of sucks in the sense that he really doesn’t seem interested in what I, the patient, has to say. I think it’s time to change Doc’s.

I have/had a hemorrhoid (1 internal and 1 external) and after my most recent defecation which consisted of a large bump that relieved the hell out of me upon exiting my anus followed by a waterfall of anal blood. I have had the hemorrhoid for quite some time and have experienced bleeding but never like this, it had been more inflamed than usual lately, is it possible that it had torn off? The external one is still as is and I surprisingly feel great now that I’m not bleeding.

At the end of February i had two awful weeks of suffering with hemorrhoids. They appeared out of nowhere, I’d never had that problem, but for those two weeks I couldn’t even walk because of the intense pain. After treatment the pain finally went away and I was able to go to the bathroom normally; however, I can still see the hemorrhoids in my anus, even though they aren’t as swelled as they were before. If i haven’t had pain in quite some time, but I see some traces of blood every now and then, how do I know when I will be able to have sex? (beeing a gay bottom, of course) I can’t ask my doctor because he is my family’s doctor and I’m afraid to ask something like that.
