I have been bloated for about two months, on going.. the bloating never went down unless i went to go make a "bowl movement". I suspected I had hemorrhoids for about a week now but i never actually felt them until last night, while i was in the shower. They are the internal hemorrhoids and were slightly painful! they didn’t feel huge but I could definitely tell they were hemorrhoids. I don’t want to go to the doctor, because i know plain as day they are hemorrhoids, but I would like to know what’s causing my bloating? also, what’s a good medicine that CURES hemorrhoids and not just covers up the symptoms? I have been following a low fat, high fiber diet and have had some great results. However, every afternoon I get pains in my stomach, which I know are gas from all the fiber. I am wondering if it is ok to take an over the counter gas medicine, like Gas-X for that, or can my body get accustomed to that? I dont want to change my diet because I finally found a way to lose weight without feeling deprived, but it can get real painful some days.

i dont have blood or mucous discharge but after pooping, my butt itches, it sometimes burns and i feel pins and needle type of pain..after a bowel movement there is some leakage of feces, that is a symptom of hemorrhoid according to mayoclinic..i want to know if hemorrhoid can be cured without surgery? If so, which medicine is the best? I dont want to temporary relief, i want to get rid of hemorrhoids completely..and is there any bad effect of medicine, if i dont have hemorrhoids, if something else is causing the discomfort?

I have been on some herbal medicine for a month or so to clear mucous in the stool. This lead to piles and then I stopped taking the herbal (Ayurvedic medicine). During that time I had fever and I took some alopathy medicine to clear the mucous. But after taking this medicine I had anal fissure. I stopped taking alopathy medicine also and took homeopathy medicine to treat my anal fissure. But still my anus was bleeding so the doctor prescribed a laxative so that stool may be soft. The anal fissure stopped bleeding but now I am suffering from watery stool (6 – 7 times a day), blood clots in stool and pain in anus. I would request only professionals to answer my question as they may understand my problem and suggest some remedy.

Im not having any bleeding so I guess thats the only good thing….I have been taking a couple warm baths a week and just started using the suppositories today…I didnt even get one when I had my daughter so this is scary! I have taken stool softener but its not working….what should I do???? THANK YOU FOR HELPING!

ALSO…if the constipation medicine does work and it still feels blocked is that a serious problem too??? Im not sure if they are supposed to actually do that
