I think i have a thrombosed external hemorrhoid i dont have the symptoms of severe pain or bleeding but the lump is dark inside and does hurt abit if i touch it. I cant even explain how i would of got it.

I have a very important day tomorrow and i need to know weather it’s ok to leave this till friday? It wont like turn into one of those blood clots that can go to your lungs and kill you? Has anyone ever had one and can tell me what it was like?

My mum has been diagnosed with bowel cancer, at the moment they said its spread to pelvis, i think this means lymph nodes not bone, but they are doing a scan to see if its in the lungs next week. I read survival isnt good, but i need hope
