I noticed blood on my toilet paper about 2 months ago, and after feeling my anus and reading online, I figured I had hemorrhoids. I applied hydro cortisone cream, and the itchiness would go away, but the hemorrhoids were still there.

After several weeks, I started changing my diet adding a significant amount of fiber and drinking lots of water (I take fiber supplements). For about two weeks, the hemorrhoids are making "skid marks" on my underwear, it looks like a combination of blood and fecal material, and it’s irritating my butt cheeks skin with the friction. It’s very, very painful and I don’t know what else to do to get rid of these hemorrhoids.

Is this abnormal? How can I stop the constant bleeding and the odorous skid marks? I’m desperate.

I’ve been having some itchiness here and then in the anus. If I itch it, it will start hurting a bit and maybe few blood *like i scratch of the skin even if I didn’t scratch that much). Anyway, then recently when I stand or walk for sometimes *around 1-3 hours, then I start feeling tired/discomfort or something, its hard to describe the feeling, but its not painful whatsoever. When I reach this point, then I feel also discomfort sitting down and having the pressure on the anus. It takes a day or similar for it to disappear again. Anyone know what this could be? – I’d like to go visit the doctor, but they are having vacation time, so they are not having any free time within the next week or 2, therefore I wanted to ask here.

Also, I feel some soft lump to the right side of anus, which only occurs when I feel like this, it doesn’t hurt or anything I just think it is connected to the discomfort.

Another thing which I don’t know if is related to this is, after sex I feel kind of the same discomfort in the zone around anus and prostate, can this be related to same issue as above?
Note, I am male 21 and straight and I am not in to anything related to anal stuff, so that’s not the cause.

Hope anyone know these symptoms and can give me an idea what it is.

This is very embarrassing to talk about, but I really need to know what it is so I can relax and stop stressing. I’ve noticed while using the bathroom, that I have a lump around the opening of my anus. It seems like it’s external but it can go inside as well but it comes out a bit. I’m not sure if I’m describing this right, lol. It’s about the size of a pea or smaller, isn’t hard, and isn’t tender or sore to the touch. The colour is red, in some light it looks a wee bit purplish but it may just be my lighting, it basically looks red. I am experiencing no discomfort or itchiness at all, it’s just a lump there. I was wondering what this may be? I am a very clean person, I wash my vaginal and anus area each time I use the bathroom, I consume a lot of fiber in my diet, I drink a lot of fluids. This appeared a few days ago and it is really worrying me. I have been using Triamcinolone cream on it today that I have in hopes that it will reduce the swelling and rid me of the problem. I am only 18 years old, I’m not sure if it is hemorrhoids, or if it’s something else, or something that will disappear within a few days and not show up again (would be nice if it didn’t). I’m currently trying to make sure I lay on my left side instead of sitting, and I try to get up and walk around in case it is an external hemorrhoid. Can anyone help? I’m willing to provide more details if needed. Please and thank you!
Oh, I do tend to eat a lot of spices and have been consuming them a lot over the past month.

My friend’s mother is 50 years old and she has an extremely itchy outside rectum. What’s the best treatment or cure for that? She tried PREPARATION H, Anusol, Suppsitory Tablets and after a few hours, the itchiness came back. And there are no hemorrhoid problems. Thank You

For the last 3 years I’ve been suffering from regular bleeding episodes when going to the toilet. This may typically occur once every couple of months and last for about a week with bright red blood filling the bowel! As I am currently in remission from an unrelated rare form of cancer, every symptom I experience is always a bit of a concern. I’ve had a colonoscopy some 12-months ago and all was clear, been to the GP on a number of occasions and his conclusion was hemorrhoids which I can try using ointment, live with it or consider surgery! Regular checks with my oncologist seem to present with no cancer related issues, but I still get quite alarmed and concerned when I see a blood stained toilet bowel! Any knowledgeable and educated opinions would be appreciated.
Oh, I also didn’t mention that I am not experiencing any physical discomfort other than occasional itchiness!
