ok I don’t want to sound too nasty but I have an internal hemorrhoid that only comes out when i go number two. It doesn’t cause me any pain at all. so should i worry? is this normal? or should i go to the doctor? or is there a way to get rid of it at home? thanks

Im 15, and for the past month, I’ve had an internal hemorrhoid. When I first read about the symptoms I’ve been having and found out that it was a hemorrhoids, I immediatly started trying to make it better. I’ve been eating lots of fiber/drinking tons of water, exercising more, improving my posture, everything. But, no matter what I do, it still hurts when I defecate, and there is sometimes even blood.

The first time it happend, I told my mom. She doesn’t care. She just told me to use alcohol after I go.

I’ve read more about them and how they can lead to colorectal cancer, if gone too long without being treated. Once again, I told my mom. I told her that I needed to see a doctor, all she does is tell me that its ok, it’ll go away, It’s too expensive to go to the doctor. She told me she tried to get health insurance, but I was denied…

For the past month, I’ve been thinking… "Is money worth more than my health…?"

Is there anything I can do?

I have a tiny itty bitty internal hemorrhoid that comes and goes, but never gets any larger then a tiny little dot.
Should I be worried about it progressing as long as I lead a fiberous
lifestyle and drink plenty of water 8-10 glasses daily

it doesnt bleed at all it has a long time ago but now it just shows up and goes away but never bleeds or has any symptoms

Okay, this sucks and I’m only 18…too young for this lol. I think I’m about100% sure its an internal hemorrhoid. I’m going to be drinking lots of water and eating plenty of fiber, fruits, vegetables, cereals and stuff. But what medications can help me get rid of this faster?
I think I have only had it for like 3 or 4 days and i don’t have any bleeding, I really wanna get rid of this myself so I don’t have to go to the doctor. Any help would be awesome thanks!!!

I went to the docs to make sure i had a hemorrhoid and sure enough he for sure said i had an external one. He did give me some ointment and some suppositories and I used them both. The ointment really shrunk the sucker a lot. Now every now and then I will have blood droplets in the toilet, and sometimes its streaks of blood. The blood color is bright red. Ever since ive been to the docs and got medicine for it the intervals of when I bleed increase, meaning I went a week without anything, then I went a few weeks, and now I was up to a month or so with nothing. I dont feel pain, i dont get nautious, I dont feel fatigued all the time, Im really perfectly fine. Even when I go to the bathroom it used to hurt because of the Hemorrhoid, but now I feel no pain. Really all I want to know is, if there is anything I can do to prolong the time between the bleeding or completely stop it. I am considering the rubber band removal process too, but not now.
The bleeding would be either be very little amount of streaks, or droplets AFTER the bowel was passed. So I may have an internal hemorrhoid. I am also 19 years old.
