i was recently consapated and been eating high fiber for a couple of days now and im doing better
but i decided to stay on this high fiber diet to lose some pounds and all
so i want to know is it healthy
thanks fr the spam can i have a real answer

Hi,
After a one-off blood in stool occurrence, being hypochondriac, I sat for a colonoscopy and was diagnosed with "Internal Grade 1 hemorrhoids".

The doctor prescribed some suppositories and a Fiber supplement. He also advised me to follow ad high fiber diet and drink 8 glasses of water per day.

Since it is internal and grade 1, it does not hurt.
I need to know, if this is something that sticks for life, or if it can be 100% cured to never come back provided that I follow my doctor’s advise…

Please share your answer / experience. Try not to copy/paste from websites explaining what Hemorrhoids are, I have read them all.
My preferred source for an answer would be a doctor or someone who’s had the same or similar experience.

Thank you.

I was just diagnosed with some pretty bad anal fissures and was told I need to go on a very low fat, high fiber diet. What would be some good food choices? If you have time, I would really appreciate some meal guides and recipes, as I love to cook. Thanks!

i eat lean meats, lots of fish, tons of veggies, egg whties, and some almonds or peanut butter. i also drink a lot of water, and a lot of green tea (without added sugar)

well a low fat, low carb, high protein, high fiber diet cause muscle loss?
how fast well i lose on this diet?
do you think i would be able to stick to it?

i also do an hour of cardio 6 days a week, and weight training 3 days a wweek
