MY QUESTION IS…
SINCE WHEN YOU ARE ON A HIGH-FIBER DIET, YOU WILL BE CRAPPING LIKE EVERYDAY OR TWICE A DAY OR MORE, MEANING TRANSIT TIME OF FOOD IN THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM IS FAST.

SO, IF THE TRANSIT TIME OF FOOD IS FAST, DOES THE BODY GET ENOUGH NUTRIENTS FROM THE FOOD YOU ATE? AND SINCE YOU WILL CRAP ALOT DOES IT MEAN YOU WILL ALSO LOSE SOME ELECTROLYTES ETC. FROM CRAPPING ALOT.

For the past month I have been doing a high fiber diet. However, I am still gassy. I eat all the fiber one stuff… When is all this gas going to stop???
I eat the fiber one products. no metamucil none of that stuff…
Fiber one snack bars, Fiber one cereal for breakfast and Fiber one yogurt with my lunch. Also I try to eat the healthy foods salads, chicken etc…

i used to weight 270 and lost weight and went down to 180. i did it by eating alot of pinto beans and alot of apples and oranges….now im up to 230 pounds and am starting to feel too heavy..if i attempt a high fiber diet will it help? someone help? i dont want to go to 270 again

I am on a high fiber diet and I am experiencing frequent and offensive gas. I haven’t been able to determine an exact food- it seems to be a mixture of everything. Is there a supplement I can take? OTC remedy?

I have a gastroenterologist who recommended me to take Miralax & Suppositories everyday for the next 3-6 months. This will be too harsh on my body. I am a diabetic and I have severe high blood pressure. I have been advised to start on a body cleansing program because the constant fatigue is the main problem. OTC Regimen seems to work for a little while and then I start getting constipated again or I will have to discontinue because I get dehydrated from diarrhea. I have been advised by the gastroenterologist to be on a high fiber diet. I have been advised to eat only fruits and vegetables from the internal medicine physician. No breads, No Sugar, No Salt, No Caffeine. No Fried Foods. No Excuses. I have been advised to start on a vegetarian meal program that is designed for diabetics.

So, I am searching for a high fiber diabetic vegetarian meal program and complete body cleansing program for overall health. I am suppose to eat 6 small meals a day. I have digestive problems so it is hard for me to take multivitamins. I would eat lot of high fiber foods and would get constant bloating and gas discomfort. So, I would need to be on a cleansing program and drink plenty of water only with every meal to eliminate the symptoms.

A program to coach me the right way to maintain a healthy lifestyle and remain on this healthier lifestyle for the rest of my life.
