I’ve always had problems with external hemorroids, and have had them cut out a couple of times, but everytime they cut them out it leaves a lose piece of skin around the butthole, This has caused me to have to wipe extra long and causing my to bleed sometimes. I’ve talked to a couple of doctors about this and they say it’s normal, well I dont think having an open wound in my crack could be very healthy. It’s almost impossible to get completly clean without having to stick a piece of paper halfway up my butt and try to clean behind the lose skin from where the hemorroids that were removed. then after an hour or so I’ve got to go back to the bathroom to make sure no more worked its way out. I’m sure no doctor wants to work on buttholes, but I’m getting sick of it. Anyone got any suggestions.

Hi guys, So I went to the bathroom today, and I had a little pain for a few seconds relieving myself. There’s no blood in stool. But there’s a blood stain when I wiped. I’m assuming I have an internal hemorrhoid. Is there anything I can do/buy to relieve/cure this?

I already have colace (stool softener) to start with.

Now I just need some kind of ointment or cream to eliminate the hemorroids.

I’m seeing the doc this weekend, but just want to see if I can do this on my own.

I’ve seen my doc, he’s sending me to a GI specialist on Thursday. May have a colonoscopy. I’m not sure what a blood clot is supposed to look like, but the blood on my stool is formed together and occaisionally when I wipe, a "clot" is there on the paper. I’ve bled from hemorroids for years, but these clots are new. I’m just hoping I don’t have anything worse than hemorroids.
I do have pain while having a bowel movement. I may have an anal fissure instead of hemorroids. But like I said, the clots are new.

I am bed ridden with painful external hemorrhoids. I tried Preparation H but it hasn't worked. Does anyone know how to get rid of these hemorroids without surgery?
