I am 34 weeks and have been blessed with one of these oh-so-wonderful little buggers… it hurts like hell. Do I really have to just live with it for 5 more weeks? Does anyone have a trick? I know it can be because of the pressure of the baby, but doesn’t the baby usually drop around 36 weeks? Any insight? Help please!

I have had this grape size lump to the left of my anus and below my pelvic area. The 2nd day it really started to hurt and I could bare to sit down, walk, get up from bed etc… It gets REALLY F******* uncomfortable!!! I’ve read a lot of forums and postings about things similar to this and it seems to be a Thrombosed external hemorrhoid?! But when people describe they say its like a bluish, purple color… But the one i have is the same color as my skin, there is just a huge lump under my skin, im starting to FREAK the hell out, its hard to sleep, i toss and turn all night, wow! I have no medical health insurance! Any suggestions on home remedies that actually work!!?!! please tell me!

okay i know i have them but i cant go to the doctor as im only 15. theres no way in hell im telling my mum or dad and i cant go to a pharmacy by myself as its too far.

is there anything i can do at home to make them go?

or if i leave them will they go by themselves?
