Ok so me and my bf have just started having anal sex, we were both virgins. The first time we did it, a few days later i noticed an external hemorrhoid. It did not cause any pain or bleeding and it went away in about 3 days. A week later we had sex again and the next day i noticed that the hemorrhoid came back. Still it does not hurt or bleed. Is this happening just because my body is not used to it? Is it safe to continue to have sex after it goes away or should we stop completely? We used condoms and lube as well. Any ideas what we could be doing wrong?

I developed a hemorrhoid while giving birth to my son over 2 years ago. It doesn’t hurt at all, but it is annoying. I was told to push it back in but it always seems to find its way out again. Hey. So, I’m pretty sure I have a hemorrhoid from having anal sex. It’s been bleeding and I’m really not sure what to do about it? and I was googling information on it and now I’m freaking out that it’s a bigger deal than it probably is..so, here I am.
