I had IBS, now I have a hemorrhoid, got a lump " in there " for a few days now, I was given a cream just today but should I be concerned if I left blood stains where I sat ? Is it becoming serious ? This is my first time having such a disease, I’m anxious.
The bleeding won’t stop, I changed my underwear twice now.

At first, i thought the small bumps around my anus were hemorroids, and they were. (i’ve had them before). They were sore for a few days, then went away with treatment. I now have small open (not bleeding, but raw) circles between my anus and vaginal opening. it burns badly when i go to the bathroom (not from the urine leaving my body, but from it pouring over these wounds.)

What are they? I have been putting diaper cream, prep.H on them, even baby powder, nothings worked yet. Should I get it looked at? have you had this?

They are nothing big and open. No discharge. Just small, sore bumps that are raw. Only serious answers, please.

I have had hemorrhoids since I was in the hospital, a few days after having my baby. I know this is normal, but I can’t get rid of them. They go away for a while, but then they come back. They have just come back again, but for the first time, they are internal instead of external and they are causing extreme pain during and after using the restroom. Does anyone know what the best product or remedy to stop them?

1. If they find internal hemorrhoids, will they take care of them then and there, like they do with polyps?

2. I’m supposed to be food-free the day before, but will it be easier on me with the colon cleanser if I "semi-fast" for a few days before that – ie. lots and lots of water and small meals of easily digested food (like vegetables and fruits)?

3. How long will I hurt for afterwards?

4. Why do some people remember parts of the procedure and others don’t? I really don’t want to remember it – can I request a special medication that knocks me completely out, or is it just dependent on how you react to the med?

This is embarrassing, but…. I have tested positive for herpes through a blood test, but I have never had an outbreak. My problem now is that I think I may have hemorrhoids (mostly internal), but I’m worried that maybe it is anal herpes instead? I have never had anal sex, but I have heard that you can still have an anal outbreak regardless.
For a few months now, I have seen a little bit of blood on the toilet paper when I wipe, but it has always been a small amount. There have been a couple of little tears now and then, so I figured that was the cause of the bleeding. I have had itching too.
The past few days, my symptoms have been a little worse. I’m not sure why I initially decided to do this, but I took a mirror to the bathroom and held it so that I could see my anus as I was pushing out. A couple really swollen looking and bright red things come out past my anus, and go back in.

I forgot to mention that I have been taking a diet pill, for about a month. I have been having diarrhea, but it started after I started taking the pills, so I think its related to just that. I say this to point out that I have not been constipated, so I haven’t had to push too hard to go to the bathroom. However, now that I see the swollen looking red things that come out, I feel like I am having to push harder because It feels like I need to push extra to get the stool to go past the red things. I know this is kind of gross, but I took a couple of pictures (clean) in case I can send them to someone to help with a diagnosis. I’ve been reading and it seems like my symptoms can fall under anal herpes, hemorrhoids, and even inflammatory bowel disease. Please help!
