i havent had constipation with this pregnancy but last week it started hurtin when i would go to the bath room like even to pee it felt like alot of pressure will now i have 3 external hemorrhoids and it hurts really bad i have used tucks pads and oinment but nothing is helping. like i dont even want to pee cause its just so much pressure when i set down. has any one had this before if so what did u do for it. my next doc app. aint till the 27th which is like a week and a half away i sent them an email but havent got a reply to it back yet. please if u have any information i would greatly appericate it…..

So my boyfriend seems to be having a bit of a problem.. ;/ Recently he’s been experiencing pain on his lower back running though the anus down to the testicle. Today he discovered a small lump on the opening of his anus and he is in bearable yet uncomfortable pain. We’ve looked it up, but the only thing that comes up is "external hemorrhoids"… need more possible answers.. Any ideas what he may experiencing?
Jaime, I dont think he has tried taking pain medicine… He is so worried it might be something worse, I will definitely tell him to take some.

by the way what are the cures for external hemorrhoids in children? thanks.
i’m 12 (13 tomorrow) and when I was in the shower last night i washed my butt and i felt a bump. the night before my butt was really itchy, and i mean my anus. not inside or on the skin. last night it got itchy again after i got out of the shower so i told my mom and she gave me some cortisone cream. i put it on and it helped a little bit. i also have been VERY constipated lately, so constipated that whenever i bend over i can feel gas and poop. i can’t fart at all. the last time i pooped it hurt SO BAD when i was done, i couldn’t walk straight or anything. my mom says it’s hemorrhoids. i have had rectal bleeding and constipation for a long time but it hasn’t been serious and it goes away usually after i take a laxative. but recently it’s been soooo bad. i haven’t tried taking a laxative though. and i really don’t want to go to a doctor because i don’t want anybody poking around down there. my mom told me that she has hemorrhoids and that it is most likely genetic. but i’m reeeeally worried. i feel very slow and when i bend over i can practically feel built-up gas and feces poking me. also, i occasionally get sharp quick pains on my anus. i am really scared that it’s pinworms but i don’t think so because all of my signs point to external hemorrhoids.
what do you think?

also the last time i pooped (about 2 days ago) i wiped and i saw this weird brownish red lump. it MIGHT have been poop with a little blood on it though. i’m kind of scared and i really don’t want to go to the doctor. i will probably have to anyways though, but do you have any advice other than going to the doctor?

Melissa, i’m really scared of having a doctor look inside my butt. also, i don’t want them to tie off the hemorrhoids! it sounds like i have external and internal though. i sometimes find streaks of red on the toilet paper. but i’m a virgin so i’m not pregnant and i’m only like 95 lbs (but i have a bit of a beer belly)
i have been slacking off lately…i heard it could be caused by inactivity….i’m kind of scared.

I am a 29 yr old woman and have had hemorrhoidsds since I was 15. I about a year ago started having bloody bowel movements. Started out a little blood and got heavier and heavier. I only bleed when they are hard and difficult movements. I had a colonoscopy bout 6 months ago and he said I definately had internal and external hemorrhoids and thats what was causing the bleeding. This past weekend I had a little diarreah and some blood from the aggrevating of my hemmroids I guess. This morning is my first movement since the weekend, of coarse it was difficult and bloody. Only difference is the blood was darker and had a not so "crappy" smell. Think there is now more to be concerned with or what????

So I have external hemorrhoids and ive been told to get preparation h. Im gonna go to WalMart tomorrow to get it but there are a few different kinds and I dont know which one to get so if you could help that would be great !
