I feel this lump near my rectum last week… i carefully examine it and it's still the same size.

right now it's now hurting when i touch it nor any signs of blood when releasing my bowel or showing on toilet paper. Nor it doesn't itch.

Is this External Hemorrhoids? or something else? Should I go to doctor?

the only reason why i think it might be hemorrhoids is because it's a lump — that's all.

Does laser treatment work for external hemorrhoids? Is it very painful? How long does it take to heal? I'm very concerned about my hemorrhoid because I've had it for about a year now because I'm afraid of getting it surgically removed because I hear the regular hemorrhoid surgery is very very painful.
