I have really not drank any water the last week and just the last two days im having trouble passing stools. I looked at my butt in a mirror to see if i had hemorrhoids but didnt see anything but when i pushed really hard it seems like part of my butt was coming out is that normal? Anyway’s i was digaonsed with super small pin head size hemorrhoids on the outside of my butt which are basically almost gone. If i had an internal hemorrhoid would i know? Like it feels like I have a brick in my butt i need to poo so bad. I can feel the pressure from it from i sit down but no pain or anything. My diet the last week is like 5 cans of pop at least a day greasy fast food, basically no water at all hot dogs, cheese and sausages. Could this be why I am not pooping?

I am 14 years old. As one of many, i am a coeliac. Which means i am intolerant to wheat, barley and rye for anyone that didn’t know. I’ve had those disease for about 3 years now and ive got use to it. For the first year, the whole diet had been going fine, had the odd coeliac attack but i was able to deal with it. However for quite a while now ive been having thoughts about my stomach. My family has had a past of bowel cancers and now im afraid i may have it.
For 2 years my stomach has never been right, ive always altered from diarriah to constipation and have never had a level play with my stomach. Ive been to the doctors and they suggested i may have a blockage in my stomach and have prescribed me some medicines but it has never worked…
I looked up cancer symptoms and Im scared i may have them..
I have the symptom of when your bowel constantly changed from diarrioah to constipated.
I have the symptom of blockage, that your able to feel if you press on your stomach.
I have the symptom of feeling bloated.
Im too scared to tell my parents, because they ll think im being stupid and to be honest i dont think i would have the guts
But i feel like im becoming more depressed as the days go on.
Please help. Do you think i have bowel cancer? Am i too young to have bowel cancer?

I really need some help. I’ve asked on here before but i don’t have any of the essentials or much money. my mom is going to buy me a sits bath tomorrow, and ive read that the doctor will just try to remove them or put a rubber band around them and apparently the recovery is probably the worst pain you’ll ever experience. they are external. my dad bought me some magnesium citrate, but i told him my bowels feel like theyre moving since improving my diet, just i cant go and i am backed up *it feels like the inside of it being swollen is stopping me from passing a bowel*. it is runny and diarrhea like, so its irritating the hemorrhoids cause im backed up. my dad keeps telling me to drink it and that i will go, but i hear that just makes the hemorrhoids worse and that is something I don’t want to do. i have bowel movements 1-2 times a day. they are runny but small. if there are some natural remedies like maybe yoga, exercise i really am all for it. i can’t seem to put the prep h *up there* i tried for an hour today and almost an hour and a half the night before last i just couldn’t get it up there, the tube is too short to reach. i really need some help and relief guys, the more people that respond the better…

The following is from a book named "Genome" by Matt Ridley:

"New research suggests that for those with genes that increase their susceptibility to bowel cancer, a diet rich in aspirin and unripe bananas offers the promise of protection against the cancer."

This was written around 1999. Does anybody out there know if there are any new developments in this area? Have the alleged benefits of "resistant starch" been proven or refuted since then?

I have been having bad stomach and gut symptoms for a while now here are my symptoms..

stomach pains somtimes sharp and next to belly button
stomach cramp pains
stomach noises constantly like squelching and gargling
every now and then i lose blood when going to the toilet

I went to the doctors and had a sigmoidscopy done but they found nothing and a blood test that was normal

went back again and they have reffered me for a colonscopy.

Im terrified I have bowel cancer im 26 yr old male and theres no history of it in my family or cancer in any of my immediate relatives.I have lost about 13 lbs in the last 3 months but i have altered my diet since them although only slightly.Im juswondering does this sound like what i dread? the doctors seem unconcered it is bowel cancer although not ruling it out im finding day to day life difficult to deal with and also they have gave me nothing for my symptoms

the colonscopy isnt till a month away and also paranoid that will be dangerous delay if i do have it can someone offer some answers please the stomach noises are really getting me down
