For about a year now, I have had these pains that seem to go from my lower abdomen to my rectum (all internal). But they are usually relieved when I have a bowel movement, which is sometimes hours later. I also have blood in my stool occasionally, but it’s bright red, so I’m thinking it may be hemorrhoids, but can those cause that abdominal pain? It’s like a wave of pain that intensifies then dies down, so not constant or sharp pain really…
yeah, i forgot to put in some of that extra info. I’m 19 years old, exercise fairly regularly, and am on a no caffeine diet, so no cokes, coffee, tea, etc.

I don’t have ED, but I have occasionally used Cialis or Viagra when I’m not feeling 100% confident with a new sexual partner. I have had an occasional hemorrhoid condition which brings me to this forum. I’m wondering if there might be a connection between the drugs used to treat ED (i.e. Cialis) and hemorrhoids.
Let me share my experience. About two years ago, I took some Cialis and within a couple days developed my first known hemorrhoid condition. I thought it was just a coincidence. After adjusting my diet and adhering to other remedies the hemorrhoid disappeared. Everything has been relatively normal since then. However, 6 days ago, I took a Cialis pill and within 24 hours, my hemorrhoid condition was back. This time the hemorrhoid is a bit more pronounced and it appears it has ruptured since there has been some moderate bleeding (which is freaking me out). Is it a coincidence again or do you think there might be a connection?

I have hemmoroids and need a diet high in fiber. will the above mentioned products help me?

I think this has been going on for a while, and recently I think I felt an external hemorrhoid, but it went and the spotting went away for a while when I was eating more fiber, but I saw it again today (the day I didn’t have a high fiber breakfast). I’m 15, probably have a bad diet and I’m a smoker.

I am 21 and I have had hemorroids since I was 15. Sometimes they swell really big and bleed (not to be too personal) Are there any products that actually shrink them? Or any natural rememdies? I am obsessively self conscience of them. And I know that removing them would be an awful experience. I also have what seems to be IBS so they are constantly irritated. I have tried venapro, and it was a giant waste of money. I am not looking to "cure" them, because im pretty sure that’s not possible, but at least make them shrink so that sexual partners dont think i have a contagious disease or something. I mean, how common is this for people my age? I am just extremely self conscience and looking for any answers I can get. Thanks in advance. Oh, and please don’t make fun of me, or insult my diet, ect. They seem to run in my family.
