Ok guys *and girls this one is going to be a lil dirty so sorry in advance

I’ve had a bad stomach for a week or so now, a mix between heavy diarrhea & constipation. (today was the latter)

I usually tend to find a little fresh blood (and some black blood) on the tissue paper but I’ve put this down to a recurrence of haemorrhoid’s (which ive had ligated twice with a rubber band)

whats concerned me is today after a movement of bowels, there was a LOT of blood on tissue inc. what looked like a blood clot, tar like in appearance; dark red & gooey

I did check in toilet to make sure I wasn’t bleeding out, but it appeared I was, there was also a considerable amount of Fresh blood mixed in with solid stool, as well as a few drops of blood in the water.

I feel generally ok, a little weak & i have a bit of a fever but I did have a few drinks last night so I put it down to this – or could it be something more sinister ?

sorry for the disgusting nature of this question people and I hope someone can give me a decent answer…

PS im 29 years old, & overweight. (oh and cancer seems to run in my family hence part of concern)

I suddenly got this bad hemorrhoid for no apparent reason. It’s the worst one I ever had. It’s been there for about a week now. It looks like 2 marble-sized balls right next to each other. Nasty looking. I’m surprised they haven’t bled.

Anyways, I wasn’t doing anything specifically to cause this hemorrhoid to form. Except for sitting a lot. I sit a LOT in front of my computer. At around the same time my hemorrhoid formed, I also noticed that I became constipated. No, I never had any painful bowel movement that caused this hemorrhoid. All of my bowel movements lately (before the hemorrhoid formed) were smooth and easy. I never had to strain much at all.

For over a month now, I’ve been on a rice and chicken (with teriyaki) diet. I thought that maybe if I ate more like japanese people do, then maybe I’d be healthier too. I was fine all month until recently. I ate a mixture of white and brown rice. But all I’ve been eating lately is white because it taste better with teriyaki sauce. Then I read online that rice (especially white) can cause constipation.

Here’s my point…is this a coincidence that I’m constipated at the same time that my hemorrhoid started? Note that the hemorrhoid didn’t appear until AFTER I became constipated. Can an external hemorrhoid cause the bowels to not function properly? Or could it simply be the rice that caused the constipation? I wish I could cure both problems. I’ve been miserable lately. I even took a laxative yesterday and it still didn’t seem to solve the constipation problem. I went about 4 times from it, but it was just watery stuff that poured out. Nothing solid.

I never wanted to have to go to a doctor for anything embarrassing like these problems. So I’m hoping they get better on their own.

if you had piles which is stuck out and hurt when you move your bowels have got any treatment?
Have anyone tried anyone of this below:

6) Natural products for hemorrhoids treatment provide immediate relief and long lasting healing..

If you have taken of the above treatment how many days did it take you to get cured?

All these symtoms over the years makes sence, as I have always put it down to bowel cancer. I have never heard of cancer of the anus before. Now wounder I have been getting bleeding every 2-3 months in 2005, my bowels have changed 180 degrees now, I am so itchy up my bum 24/7 non stop and it is so frustrating. I also have the HPV virus in me and have had that for a few years now. Today I found out that if you have the HPV you are much more at risk of getting cancer of the anus. I am passing out all mucus in my bowels now, and I feel the urge to go a lot and when I do it is soft and mucusy, this is all the time. I am 38 and female, with a history of cancer in my family. I have a lump of my bum and I will be getting a biopys taken of that soon. Things are now making sence, and it has taken awile to put it all together. I found out colonoscopys do not detect anus cancer, just colon. The itchingness has spread to other areas and I cannot stand it. I am not scared of death
as I know where I am going but I am scared of the process. This itching is driving me mad, and I was told today that cancer of the anus is all part of it. I will have to get my lump biopsyied. so worried here. Any advice for me? Becasue if it does turn out that I have what I now suspect I will accept it. This explains all the diarea over the 2 and a half year period and bleeding and all. wow I am finaly getting to the bottom of this.
