I’ve had pinworms like 4 times before and I think I might have them back.

I went to the bathroom and after a bowel movement I saw a little white thing that wasn’t more than the size of a piece of thread off my shirt.
My rectum itches now and then, but now more than a minute if even that, though thats probably because I have an external hemorrhoid.
I heard that there is a pinworm medication that you can get without a perscription. Is that true.

I started taking some butcher’s broom a few days ago and everything has felt and looked better with my hemorrhoids, but this morning I bled profusely when I went to the bathroom. Much more than I ever have, it saturated the toilet paper and I had to sit there for like a 30 minutes before I could get up. But wiping hurt less than it usually does, as did the bowel movement.

I also just started taking ginseng. I cannot go to the doctor or afford surgery.

I’ve had this blueberry size external hemorrhoid for about 3 weeks now. At first it was very uncomfortable to sit or stand, but now I’m having no problems except for some uncomfortableness after a bowel movement, and prep H cures that. I don’t know if I should still be concerned that I still have it or is this something I’m going to have the rest of my life unless I get surgery for it?

Well, I’m an embarrassed 23 y/o and have had hemorrhoids for a while, but had one flare up on my honeymoon last week or so to be the size of a grape (before they were usually about a pea and went away quickly).

It has been a week and 4 days and while it has gotten smaller, it has begun to get "scabby" regions on it. The pain at this point is minimal, aside from the horrible itching that occurs after a bowel movement. It has gotten smaller with the help of prescribed suppositories and OTC creams and warm baths.

My question is, are these small scabs normal? They usually bleed some after using the bathroom and then itch like hell. Otherwise, it no longer hurts like it did last week and swelling is way down. For the scabbing though, Is this normal progression for healing? I have one larger scab on the end of it. Thanks very much.
no no, its getting better. its getting smaller and less painful, except for the scabs. i did see a doctor, that’s how i got the suppositories in the first place.

I just had hemorrhoid surgery (staple procedure) 2 days ago and just had my first bowel movement. Afterwards my hemorrhoids seem to be the same as before the surgery. Just as large and all. Someone please let me know if this is okay and normal, orif I need to go back to the hospital.
