i have a very raw anal area. it is itchy all the time especially when im in going to bed. sometimes i have discharge from the anus.i have a pile since my first child but i dont think this is the problem because its shrunk to very small. i do have blood in my stool sometimes and i can feel what i think is little lumps inside my anus. i have been to the doc, i have been given three different types of creams to help the area heel but its not working? could it be cancer? any ideas?

Ok one day a went to use the bathroom at work (#2) and I really had to force it out and after that i had a feeling of pressure in my anus, no pain, itching, blood or lomps on the outside. The feeling would come and go but would always be there during and after sex. My stool always seems to have a hard tip to it with the rest being soft and happen less often maybe once or twice a week. And a week ago i was like my anus was poking out but i could clinch my anus and it would reside back in. So let me know what you guys think it is.
