Okay I noticed this on someone (don’t even ask how), but what could this be??? It is near the anus but maybe 3 inches away from the opening. It is about the diameter of a quarter and hangs by a cord of skin a little thinner than a pencil. Seems painless but I didn’t want to ask…Does ANYONE have any idea what this thing could be??? The only thing I can think of is maybe an external hemorrhoid but it is further from the anal area and is not red…It is normal skin tone. Any ideas?

I’ve been having some itchiness here and then in the anus. If I itch it, it will start hurting a bit and maybe few blood *like i scratch of the skin even if I didn’t scratch that much). Anyway, then recently when I stand or walk for sometimes *around 1-3 hours, then I start feeling tired/discomfort or something, its hard to describe the feeling, but its not painful whatsoever. When I reach this point, then I feel also discomfort sitting down and having the pressure on the anus. It takes a day or similar for it to disappear again. Anyone know what this could be? – I’d like to go visit the doctor, but they are having vacation time, so they are not having any free time within the next week or 2, therefore I wanted to ask here.

Also, I feel some soft lump to the right side of anus, which only occurs when I feel like this, it doesn’t hurt or anything I just think it is connected to the discomfort.

Another thing which I don’t know if is related to this is, after sex I feel kind of the same discomfort in the zone around anus and prostate, can this be related to same issue as above?
Note, I am male 21 and straight and I am not in to anything related to anal stuff, so that’s not the cause.

Hope anyone know these symptoms and can give me an idea what it is.

so, i noticed around my anus what appears to be an external hemorrhoid. its a little purple bulge, maybe about the size of a half pea sprouting out. But, it doesnt hurt, itch, or bleed.

If i were to assume it being a hemorrhoid, should i just spend a week drinking water and eating fiber to have softer poots? i really want to get back to anally masturbating but i dont want to hurt myself and make this thing worse.

So I’ve seen my doctor twice about this problem. He checked my anus and confirmed I have hemorrhoid. It’s been going on for months now. He told me to "Eat fruits and vegetables and exercise"…

so for the past month and a half, I’ve been eating massive amounts of fruits and vegetables…
Even cut back on fast food (no pizza or burgers)…. avoided eating greasy foods too…

drink lots of water (no soda, not a fan of it)…. My stool is soft but it still hurts when I have a bowl movement. it even hurts walking after i have a bowel movement…

I walk at least a half mile to a mile everyday on campus, back and forth to classes… which sucks cuz it hurts ….

Well today, I had a bowel movement and went running and all that pressure when I ran caused my hemorrhoid to bleed….

Sigh, I don’t know what to do now. I’m listening to what the doctor said but its not helping since this hemorrhoid is "preventing" me from doing good exercise… I’m really getting tired of it because its been going on for so long…. I need some helpful advice guys… Thanks

Okay, this is sort of embarrassing but I’m tired of just searching Google for answers. So, for the longest time I’ve believed I’ve had hemorrhoids, I’m still pretty sure that’s what they are but I need to make sure. Everything I read, people make it seem like external hemorrhoids protrude out the anus only. Is it possible for hemorrhoids to feel like pimples, or just small bumps not protruding from the anus but in places around it? Like, not really anywhere near it. It’s really hard to explain but when I first started noticing I thought that it was just a pimple because there’s nothing actually sticking out of the anus… Then I realized they were itching. Using Preparation H does work to make the itching go away. So are these for sure hemorrhoids? I’ve also had them for a few MONTHS, and I am going to the doctor soon but I thought I would ask here beforehand just to get some more info. Thanks for any help.
