Does prolonged standing/power-walking hurt hemorrhoids (4+hrs)?
I’m constantly on the go at this job I started and I think it’s affecting my hemorrhoids (I have internal hemorrhoids, for sure).

Also, today I noticed that something (pink in color, looks like skin) is protruding from my anus. It is extremely painful.
Does anyone know what this is called?

I have both internal (for sure) and external (I think) protruding out of my anus (this one is extremely painful).
I’m in my (very) early 20s.

as part of homework we’ve to find the answers to the following, but theres some im struggling with…

Can push-up or press up exercise causes pile (Haemorrhoids)? Can push-up or press up causes muscle tear in the anus? If yes what is the cure?

I think it has something to do with the spicy food I ate, please helppppp???

I just push the flesh coming out of my anus, but it hurts!
