This is extremely embarrassing to ask, but anyway…

About a year ago I noticed a little blood on the toilet paper after I took quite a large poop, nothing major, it was just a little spot so I thought nothing of it.
I’ve always had difficulty passing a stool, and have usually had to strain really hard to get one out, causing quite a lot of pain. After I’ve done this, however, there is no pain whatsoever.
Over the past two weeks or so, I’ve had extra trouble passing a stool, due to straining so hard. After I’ve done, I noticed blood dripping in the toilet and bright, red blood on the toilet paper.
About an hour ago I took a very hard poop, and there was quite a lot of blood. I tried to minimize my straining as low as possible, and hardly didn’t at all, but there was still blood.
I’ve looked into this I figure I either have an anal fissure, or hemorrhoids. I’ve felt around for a lump and there doesn’t appear to be one on on my exterior. There’s so pain or blood after I’ve passed a stool. Does this sound more like an anal fissure or an internal hemorrhoid?
I’m extremely terrified right now. Depending on which I’ve got, is it dangerous, and will it go away on its own? What changes in my diet do I need to take? I’ve tried drinking quite a lot of water and eating sources of fiber over the past couple of days to get my stools normal, but this hasn’t worked so far. I don’t want to tell my parents. I’m really hoping this will go away on its own, I’m just scared.
Thank you.
If worst comes to worst, and I have to tell my parents, I’ll tell my mum. How can I tell her about this? What should I say?

now 3 months later i have painful bowel movements what could it be i mean i get a little bit of blood on my stool but nothing major could it be internal hemorrhoids or could it be anal fissure if its internal how can i fix it or if its anal fissure what can i do im scared n worried i pray to God its nothing bad first time mommy

When I go to the bathroom and finish and about to wipe, I see blood in the toilet, my feces isn’t bloody, but sometimes I can see blood dripping out of my butt. After 2 wipes the bleeding goes away and I have no pains sitting down or anything. This blood I’ve been seeing has been happening for more than a month now. I struggle sometimes, and about one day a week ago there was no blood. I’m not sure what’s going on here but I’m really afraid now. There is no blood in my pants or anything after I’m done. I don’t know if I have an anal fissure or hemorrhoids or something. Do I have bowel or colon cancer? What should I do? If I do have it can I get rid of it in time? I’m scared…
The blood comes out after I defecate.
I’m 16. It doesn’t hurt but like I said I saw blood dripping after I let it all out.

I am sufring anal fissure and piles.

About 2 days ago I noticed a bright red streak of blood after a bowel movement, naturally I freaked out and immediately became very worried, I looked up possible causes and found that it could be piles or an anal fissure, or at worst cancer, and found that if it is an anal fissure water and fiber will help. So I started to drink more water and eat foods with more fiber, the next time I had a bowel movement I could not notice any more blood and so dismissed it as nothing. Today though, my bowel movement was quite large and hard to pass, I also noticed a slight stinging/burning on one side of my rectum, and I noticed another small amount of blood in a small piece of stool. I haven’t been experiencing any other symptoms apart from the slight stinging/burning and otherwise feel fine, I should also mention that I only noticed the blood after a large stool that was difficult to pass. (as I said, I haven’t been drinking much water/keeping up my fiber intake) I will most definitely be seeing a doctor as soon as possible to rule out anything serious, but would just like to be reassured as I am a bit of a hypochondriac and tend to over think things and work myself up over something that’s not as bad as I’m thinking. In short, I had a large and difficult to pass bowel movement, after my next bowel movement I noticed blood on the surface and on one side of the stool, I worried and researched what it could be, started drinking more water/getting more fiber, next bowel movement was average and I couldn’t notice any blood, started to feel less worried, next bowel movement was again large and difficult to pass, I noticed a stinging/burning feeling that was present, and here I am now, worried again about what could be causing it, the blood is red, not exactly dark, just like if you were cut and blood surfaced, it appears to be normally colored/slightly more bright, and it appears to be on the surface of the stool, it doesn’t separate when in the water, so I’d say it is in the bowel movement, but on the surface, I’m 17 and am not exactly fit but also not too lazy, and I haven’t been experiencing anything else out of the ordinary. Sorry for the overly long explanation, needed to include everything so you could help with what it could possibly be, I’m leaning towards piles or a fissure, but would like a second opinion to help me calm down and be less worried before I see a doctor, thanks in advance.
