I’m 20 years old and had to have an EGD and a colonoscopy to figure out what’s going on with my internals. The colonoscopy showed one 10mm polyp that was removed and is getting biopsied. I also have internal hemorrhoids. What are the chances of the polyp being cancerous? 10mm is considered a large one, and it had to grow to that size so I’ve probably had it for a while which isn’t good. I dont think hemorrhoids can be cancerous? But I have to get another colonscopy in 3 years instead of the recommended 5. I’m only 20 so this scares me. And colon cancer does not run in my family to the best of my knowledge. I am waiting on the biopsy results and I just want to know as much as I can.Thank you!!!!!

Hello, my father just had hemorrhoid surgery and it’s been 3 days. He is complaining of really bad burning, itching and pain. Can you use Preparation H to relieve those symptoms. Or any suggestion would be helpful. And for reason, he can’t urinate and what can be done for that? Thanks!

after i had a bowel movement i noticed 2 bluish- purple bumps on my anus, and if i’m not careful when i wipe they can bleed. The thing is i’m pretty sure hemorrhoids are supposed be painful all the time and itch, and these don’t. I’ve noticed as time has passed they have sorta went away. And i can’t get into a doctor just yet, so i know about the doctor..

I have external hemorrhoids that I noticed a few weeks ago. They do not hurt, bleed, or anything of that nature. If I didn’t notice them by accident, I would never even know that they were there. What should I do to treat these to prevent them from getting bad?

I’m only 17. So all in all I’m ruling out cancer… I mean I have read EVERY WHERE that colon cancer is 99% in people 50 or older.. I’m not even 20.. BUT my issue is… I’m 17.. I only weigh 85 pounds. I don’t eat meat. I don’t eat 3 meals a day. Some days I can go till 7 at night without eating anything all day. I have been constipated ever since I can remember.. Even as a little kid. It takes me about 3 hours NO JOKE.. 3 friggen hours to get a few poops out. I do not drink water at all ever. When I eat its usually only fast food. My mom,& uncle have had BAD hemorrhoids. Very bad. Now.. I strain REALLY bad when I go. Like I push like I’m having a baby,I hold onto the towel rack & everything its THAT bad. I always have to push so hard that I gotta blow up my cheeks in my face with air every 5 seconds. I noticed bright red blood in my poop. Not the whole thing just lines of red blood. Then one time when I wiped it was brigggght red blood. =/ I also hold my poop in a real lot to. My mom said that shes 100% sure its internal hemorrhoids. My poop is VERY big lol like it hurts like hell. & Sometimes I get a shooting pain up my butthole,can’t sit sometimes.. my poops also VERY dry. I looked up colon cancer & it says you’d have pencil like long thin poop which mine are big,hard,& rounder haha. Sooo & once again I’m only 17? Also one more thing when I go it feels like I’m pooping out sharp broken GLASS…?..Sooo…. any help!!?!?!?! I cry everynight thinking I’m dying.. I’ve been praying & stuff like I do have mental illness’s so this is all affecting me way more then it should.. Does this sound like what hemorrhoids are?
