I’m 18 and have had this for a while..not to gross you out but my you know is always tightly closed and never relaxed…whenever after wiping I get a small amount of blood nothing massive..what is treatment for this?

found a hemorrhoid on my anus. stressing about it alot now, its sensitive to the touch and i just want it gone. forever. i dont think i can handle a hemorrhoid problem right now on top of the other stuff im trying to deal with right now. it was created from using too much pressure during a bowel movement. this is the first one ive ever had. I’ve read around about natural treatments and surgery and stuff. i cant tell my parents or anyone about this, sorry if you really think i should its just out of the question right now. so far im trying to eat fibers and drink lots of water. anything you can give me info, advice, watever you got. honestly i am just pretty scared that this will mean i will have to deal with hemorrhoids my whole life or for a very long time.

I went to the bathroom (both 1 and 2) and when I wiped I saw blood. I don’t think it came from my vagina but I’m still very worried.
I did some research and found out it could be from internal hemorrhoids or veins and I’m wondering if that is the case would I have felt those? Or would rectal bleeding be one of the first signs?

I just saw my doctor and I have another appointment first thing in the morning but I would like some answers.
