i have a very raw anal area. it is itchy all the time especially when im in going to bed. sometimes i have discharge from the anus.i have a pile since my first child but i dont think this is the problem because its shrunk to very small. i do have blood in my stool sometimes and i can feel what i think is little lumps inside my anus. i have been to the doc, i have been given three different types of creams to help the area heel but its not working? could it be cancer? any ideas?

science and good old fashioned \"common sense\" would suggest humans are herbivores.
"When we kill animals to eat them, they end up killing us because their flesh, which contains cholesterol and saturated fat, was never intended for human beings, who are natural herbivores."
William C. Roberts, M.D., editor, American Journal of Cardiology

What about the fact that many herbivorous animals CAN digest meat but we still consider them herbivores?
When your body adapts to a high fiber diet will the gas and bloating caused by beans and veggies eventually subside or go away? I don’t want to take Beano for the rest of my life! LOL
Thanks for the replies so far. But I think I should point out that I am not on a "diet" to lose weight. I have increased the fiber in my diet because of digestive and intestinal problems.
