this is really embarrassing and im really worried… i think i have a hemorrhoid..
i have a pea sized bump on my anus
i havent been eating too well lately so i have been constipated
im not overweight.. i heard being overweight can cause hemorrhoids but im not
it doesnt really hurt or burn

im really embarrassed to tell my mom about this and i know you cant get rid of it forever, but i dont want to have surgery to get rid of it. is there anything else i can do to make it go away? also, is this really bad??

I’ve been suffering from painful bleeding hemorrhoids for over 2 years now, since the birth of my daughter. I recently saw a colon and rectal specialist and he told me I had one external hemorrhoid. He didn’t want to remove it because he said it may not be necessary and opted to give me a prescription hemorrhoid cream instead called Analpram. I’ve used it all up already, a 2 months supply but it didn’t help any. I still have pain and bleeding. I recently moved and the specialist is too far from me now and there are no specialist near me, only family practitioners and ob-gyns. Can an ob-gyn treat hemorrhoids? I’m miserable.

It is itchy around my but hole. It is going away a little, but it still hurts.
If I have (a) Hemorrhoid(s) Dose that mean I HAVE to get medical treatment? Or will it go away alone if I:
-Use baby wipes
-have good posture
-Drink fluide
-Wat fibers
-Exercise
-Change underwear regularly ( every half day )
-Clean butt in shower everyday for 10 mins
-Wash hands
-Wipe butt properly
-not itch

Oh yea and also when I wipe my butt on toilet paper I saw some mucus today, but i’m also on my period so I don’t think it has anything to do with this.

(What can I do to maky the area around my butt hole smooth and soft, unlike now rough)

i have a small lump at the opening of the anus. it almost appeared suddenly and it is painless. it is a bit hard and feels like something protruding. it is very small, the size of a pea. i have no discomfort other than light itching at times. it has been there for a week now and nothing has changed. i figure it is external haemorrhoid.could u plz recommend any cream that could be applied to make it dissappear? is there any other treatment? how long does a external haemorrhoid usually last

My doctor is an idiot. I have Painful INTERNAL hemorrhoids. I googled it, and it says internal hemorrhoids arent painful. – Mine are!!! :-S Well it only hurts when im passing a stool. Not otherwise. I have to sort of hover over the toilet, otherwise it hurts whilst it passes out. Has anyone else ever had this problem? It bleeds occasionally too. There is red blood on the toilet paper and it isnt mixed in. Ive has this since last July, and it wasnt bleeding then, i used over the counter meds and it was fine whilst i am on them, but soon as i stop, all the problems start again! Its back now with a vengance!

I went to see my doctor today, and told her the above. and she didnt even examine me. She told me "Do you see a doctor when you have a cold?" I said "no" and she said "Well I have more important cases than your hemorrhoids. Its such a common thing, just go to the pharmacy and buy something next time. If the problem isnt there when your on the medication, why do you stop?…

Internal, but you have pain when passing a stool. also, my a*us has a hard lump around it. ive booked an appointment with another doc. but i just need some feedback in the meanwhile!
