can bleeding internal hemorrhoids lead to other problems if left untreated too long… I have not had health insurance for a while and cannot really afford to go see a DR. I developed them while I was pregnant 3 years ago, and they had been off and on again, but for the last 3 months it seems pretty constant, and I am a little worried.. not a ton of blood, but a good bit.. not constipated, no pain, and not straining with BM.. just worried that it could lead to other issues. Any help is appreciated.

I am an 18 year old male. I have been to the doctor who prescribed Scheriproct suppositories with a local anaesthetic and also a hydrocortisone formula to shrink tissue. I also apply witch hazel on cotton balls 3 times per day. I have modified my diet to increase fiber intake. I eat high fibre cereals, drink prune juice, eat dates, have a fiber supplement (Benefibre) and a vegetarian diet. I use the bathroom on average twice per day. I don’t have to strain at all. When I do use the bathroom, there is a lot of blood on the toilet paper. Why aren’t they going away? It’s messing my life around, I can’t work properly, or sit down for long periods of time without severe pain.

i am a 19-years-old guy. i had blood in my stool recently. i was doing my toilet business as usual. but this time i spotted blood in my stool, inside the water of the toiletbowl, and many dots of fairly red colored blood around the toiletbowl. i went to see a doctor the next day, and he said that it is due to piles, anal fissures, and he prescribed proctosedyl suppository, diosper and constipation syrup. The very next day, i did the toilet business again, this time i think there was a little blood in the stool, a little dots of fairly red colored blood around the toiletbowl, but when i wiped my Ass (use 2 tissue papers), red colored blood appeared on the tissue papers. the first wipe – quite alot of blood and some stool stain. the second wipe – very little/almost no blood, some stool stain. I feel a pain (something like sore-like pain) whenever the stool is coming out from the anus. what is wrong? i am very scared.

I have heard that Nattokinase might help with getting rid of thrombus hemorrhoids. I have suffered from painful thrombus hemorrhoids throughout my life, and I am tired of going through the painful surgery to get rid of them, not to mention the medical costs.

I have done a small bit of research into the matter and have not come up with much. Most sites I have read state that Nattokinase is very effective at dissolving blood clots, but they warn not to take it if you suffer from blood coagulation disorders. I don’t think I have this disorder, but I am extremely hesitant to take it just in case I might have it.

I’m not sure what I should do and I need advise. Does anyone else have experience using Nattokinase? Should I take it?
