Can external hemorrhoids be removed completly with out surgery?

I am only 21 and have recently discovered i have 2 small lumps around my anus which i believe are hemorrhoids.

Is it possible for these to go away?

iam suffering from the hemorrhoids problem long time ago , inside and outside anal..cause bleeding and pain every stool movement, i heared about this product "Anurex" for piles treatment, so if anybody have used it before ,please share me your experience…and by the way iam pregnant, so is it safe to use or not..??
