My husband and I had anal sex and the condom tore. Wen he came out I immediately cleaned my butt with a tissue and I went to the toilet. Some of the semen came out but along with that a light brown tissue like material came out too. So im freaking out now.

Im not quite sure of some things like, what do u mean when the semen spills into the vagina wen having anal sex? Does this happen outside the backside hole then spills into the vagina?

And im afraid of the light brown substance that came out too. Pls help me. Im freaking out. because the brown substance doesnt stink like poo. i got it last time and the doctors said it was piles. and now i got it again.

Just looking for any suggestions, ideas or personal experiences: My mom has stage 3 ovarian cancer and had surgery back in august. basically been in the hospital(s) all this time. Since admission to third hospital, they have given her 3 chemos and the Doctor says she has a ‘functional bowel obstruction’ (partial bowel obstruction). He says she is responding good to chemo and the ca-125 levels go down with each chemo. The bowel obstruction is due to some small tumors that went on the intestine after the surgery (because it took so long to get chemo possibly).

Mom’s current problem is with eating…she doesn’t always feel good and throws up at times, yet the Dr. says he sees no reason she can’t eat (medically) and thinks some of it might be psychological. It’s been roughly 2 months since she ate and about 4 months since she ate a lot of anything.

Any ideas on how she can work towards eating again so she can get off the TPN?
I forgot to add that she is doing a lot better since the chemo and the bile/vomit is considerablly less than at admission. She had a PEG tube into her stomach to drain the bile and they just clamped it off today saying she’s being doing good and doesn’t really need it anymore. She still has pains which I think might be due to the tumors and that causes her alot of distress also. Thanks everyone and Merry Christmas!

ok so i know this sounds odd and hard to talk about but i’m fourteen and recently i found blood in my stool. . . i was wondering, at such a young age if it would be possible to get hemorrhoids i know that my Uncle had them and i think my dad possibly has them. . . [not sure] but i thought it was like a guy thing.? and how could i get them? cause it happened two times and it was like a "period" only in the anus. . i need help ]:

When i poo, there is blood in the toilet. No pain, but bright red blood. I think i have an internal hemorrhoid, but how would i treat it? How can i make it go away? i am 15 by the way. and i don’t know what to do, Help!

I have noticed a small lump near the outside of my anus for 2 days now and I did some research and found out that it could be an external hemorrhoid. However although it is painful at times when I sit and move around it has never bled and today I took a "number 2" and I was in no pain or anything while passing my stools. I haven’t noticed any severe pain or blood or unusual leakage from my anus. So should I wait it out for a little and see if it goes away or should I see a doctor and not risk the possibility of it getting worse?
