it only happens when the bm comes ..no other time..its bright red and there is no pain..do hemorrhoids heal on their own?

I don’t mean to gross anyone out with this so please don’t post rude comments.
I was diagnosed last week with an internal hemorrhoid. I followed my dr.’s treatment plan. this morning I had a regular movement with no blood. Is this a sign that its starting to clear up?

Sorry to ask but I realized the dr. and I didn’t really discus signs to look for to tell that its healing and thought maybe someone out there would know.

That sometimes become bigger or smaller and/or bleed a little when you wipe your butt. Does it have to do anything with hemorrhoids?
They form a small lump , in the color of a bruise.

sitting in a tub of hot water for awhile, what can I do, in a natural form, to heal and remedy this situation? Ouch!
