I had anal sex with my boyfriend and felt very sore down there we did it again two more times a few days apart, I then went to the bathroom and farted and in the toilet was a yellow pile of something and I dont know what this means or what this is. Is this normal? Please help!

I’ve been readign contradicting information on the treatment of hemorrhoids lately. On the one hand, a lot of sources say that sitz baths are really helpful and they recommend doing them 2-4 times daily. On the other hand, a lot of sources say that you shouldn’t sit on the toilet for too long because that put more pressure on the hemorrhoids. I’ve been doing the baths and the latter seems to be correct. I feel a lot more discomfort and the situation seems to be worsening. Am I doing anything wrong??

I’m going crazy with the effects of external hemorrhoids right now and I could use some advice. I’m not able to sleep more than a hour or two and I can’t take it anymore.
What are you doing to ease the discomfort? Or what did you do when you had them? How long have you had them or how long did you have them?

What do you mean by using witch hazel? I’ve seen it in a clear bottle at the drug store. How do I apply it and is there only one kind of witch hazel?

I was diagnose with an internal hemorrhoid on Monday, by Friday it was bleeding (a Little) and now the pain is gone…just mild discomfort. Is the bleeding b/c of the treatment (Preparation H & hyrdocortisone)
