I just had a positive reading in 1 of 2 specimens during my yearly exam. I sometimes bleed a little down there anyways. Could this cause the test to read positive?

I am 16 years old male. I am a virgin and I don’t screw around (so this problem isn’t any sexually transmitted disease). I think I have hemorrhoids. There is like two dark red and white lumps around my anus (sorry if I’m grossing anyone out) and they feel hard. They are pretty painful, I can’t walk and sit properly. I was wondering what is the fastest way to get rid of them. The reason for my rush is not just because they are quite painfull and annoying but also I have a tennis tournament in about 3 days and I don’t want let my teammates down because of this. So is there any home treatment or things to avoid that can help make my problem better?

There is a small lump (like the size of a bead) around my anal area, but also feels like it’s a little inside. How do you exactly tell? And if it is internal, is the only way of treating it is through suppositories? Or will it go away on it’s own or work itself out? I heard warm salt baths help and ointments and cooling wiping pads, but will this only help externally? I just don’t want to deal with putting something up my but, it grosses me out just thinking about it. What is the best way to treat hemorrhoids and/or get rid of them? Is there oral pills at all that work? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

How many woman get them and what if they stay… what is another option besides surgery??
