OK, sorry if this is a gross sounding post… I have internal hemorrhoids – and I’ve had them before b/c I have IBS – but right now in my pregnancy they’ve been REALLY bad! I’m 33 weeks and I think my baby has dropped b/c there’s been a lot of pressure down there and the last 4 days I’ve had a bowel movement 4-8 times a day… with a LOT of bleeding… blood is pouring out when I go to the bathroom…

So my question is – has anyone else had this? Did they have to repair it? I"m a little big anemic right now (I"m taking extra iron) but I guess that could cause some problems with it healing… HELP!

This sounds pretty convincing to me, but everywhere else it seems to be insisted that human beings are meant to be omnivores. Gorillas are the closest animal to humans and there herbivores. Give me some info. How do you feel about that info up there?

I went to the docs to make sure i had a hemorrhoid and sure enough he for sure said i had an external one. He did give me some ointment and some suppositories and I used them both. The ointment really shrunk the sucker a lot. Now every now and then I will have blood droplets in the toilet, and sometimes its streaks of blood. The blood color is bright red. Ever since ive been to the docs and got medicine for it the intervals of when I bleed increase, meaning I went a week without anything, then I went a few weeks, and now I was up to a month or so with nothing. I dont feel pain, i dont get nautious, I dont feel fatigued all the time, Im really perfectly fine. Even when I go to the bathroom it used to hurt because of the Hemorrhoid, but now I feel no pain. Really all I want to know is, if there is anything I can do to prolong the time between the bleeding or completely stop it. I am considering the rubber band removal process too, but not now.
The bleeding would be either be very little amount of streaks, or droplets AFTER the bowel was passed. So I may have an internal hemorrhoid. I am also 19 years old.

I fear that I may have an anal prolapse or it could be hemorrhoids, how can I tell the difference?? And if it is a prolapse what can I do so I’ll be normal? Will I be normal ever?

I had my daughter 2 months ago, and now i have hemorriods. bleeding ones. it really freaks me out i mean there isnt a ton of blood maybe about the same amount as a small cut. i want to change my diet but i have to be carefull with high fiber food exspcially the veggies because they cause her a lot of gas. can i take a fiber supplement? what kind of fruits are the highest fiber content? its pretty embarassing to tell everyone on yahoo you have hemorrhoids! but what is a good treatment. i read hyrdrocortisone to reduce swelling but if its internal.. well how does that work. ew. lol thank you guys.
oh and i have really no itching or pain. just blood when i go to the bathroom. but i made my mom look (what a good mom, to look at her 22 year old daughter behind) and she said she can see them. so i guess thats what it is. it kinda feels like tearing when im going to the bathroom. ok seriously sorry if its TMI.
