(Hemorrhoid)

I have problem with internal hemorrhoids, so what do I have to avoid eating in order to improve, like (not to eat beans,cheese,chocolate,no hot peppers) etc.thanks for helping me.

If you know anything about it give details as to what the doctors do, what you go through. If there is one I definatly need one.
