I need some advice I am 21 weeks pregnant and and have hemorrhoids anyone been in my situation or been there and can help me get rid of them I would greatly appreciate it. Everything is fine until I go number two. Sorry so graphic lol.

I am 11 1/2 weeks pregnant and I have been very constipated these past 2 weeks. I have had IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) for the last 5 yrs and the pregnancy is just acting it up something fierce. I have started taking colace (w/ my dr’s approval) every day and it is just not helping. I drink almost a gallon of water a day and I eat alot of fiber. I have recently discovered that I now have a hemorrhoid and sometimes it bleeds when I use the bathroom. I have an appt to go to the dr tomorrow. I was wondering if anyone else had a similar problem.

I didnt have any problems with my first pregnancy with hemorrhoids until the day my daughter was born. Now with my 2nd pregnancy, i’m almost 5 months along and starting to get the wonderful bumps! If you dont treat it, will the burning feeling go away on its own? Or do I have to get medication? I hate taking things unless my doctor gives it to me but I dont go see her for another week. I’m trying to see if I wait it out, will the issue calm itself? Thanks

I’m 34 weeks, and thus far I haven’t had any hemorrhoids, but I was just wondering how common it is. My mom said she got them in all of her pregnancies. And that she got really bad ones that hurt worse than her tear and stitches from pushing the baby out.
So how common is it? To have them during pregnancy, and after birth?
