She insists on getting surgery but its only been two days and if the pain will go away i see no point in getting surgery for it, am I right?

Does anyone know if it would be safe to put hemorrhoid cream (like Preparation H) on keloid scars to reduce the swelling and pain? My keloid scars are from heart surgery 3 years ago.

does that involve surgery? will doctors do it if it is not serious?
