I know this is gross but I would rather ask total strangers. I have chronic constipation and usually everything is fine as long as I remember my medicine. unfortunately, it has caused internal hemorrhoids. what should i do about them if i forget my meds considering constipation causes them?

i have got a serious health problems SUCH
(WEIGHT GAIN) about 60bs in only 5 months not able to move as i used

(FATTY LIVER ) cause my liver for not functioning well

( THYROID ) which it cause me to loss all of my (energy)

( SERIOUS CONSTIPATION ) which it cause me to have (Haemorrhoid)

(SEXUAL DYSFUNCTION) in case if you don’t KNOW what that mean, i’m not able to have sex with anybody for more then one year now

i’m in my way of getting DIABETES

note: ( the medication are not helping me with my psychoses at all )
can i still getting the ADSP without taking the medication ?
IF you ware in my situation would you still take the medication ?

Today while pooping, some blood was there and after 1 hour it started bleeding. Doctor is far away from here. Any home remedies ?

When I have my bowel movement I do not poop blood but I can see blood in the toilet paper. It this external hemorrhoid or anal fissure.

So about two months ago the are between my vagina and butt hole started itching really bad. I was going to see the gyn but i never found the time. Now though the itching has stopped for the most part but it stings sometimes when i pee (not internally though, just the skin) and when i wipe my bum there are streaks of blood. Is this hemorrhoids or should i see the gyn b/c it was that area that started itching like hell first. If it is hemorrhoids then should i see a doctor or are there home treatments? Any information will be appreciated–Thanks
