I’m a college student so I don’t really have time to cook anything. The only type of food that I am able to eat are sandwich and microwavable frozen vegetable. So, the only types of grain I consume are stone ground whole grain and whole wheat. I recently noticed that I have been getting diarrhea more often and I know that it’s because of the high amount of fiber I consume everyday from eating whole grain/wheat sandwiches (Usually 8-9 servings of all wheat/grain per day). I try to drink 10 glass of water a day, but I can usually make it to around 8 and that’s it.
How long does it take for my body to get used to a high fiber diet?
I eat a hi-fiber diet but this tends to give me gas, it doesn’t stink but can be very loud. Anything I can do to help this?
Like they couldn’t make whole wheat wafers?
I have leaky gut and candida problem. which to do first? the candida cleans or heal the leaky gut?I don’t have any pain, I have a thyroid problem and so the digestive tract is slow. I have to balance blood sugars, so do I eat a low fiber diet or a high fiber diet? which diet helps in healing leaky gut?
Why does a higher fiber diet help my blood sugar levels? I’ve been adding fiber in my drinks for 3 wks now and have cut my insulin intake by 40%! I love the fact that it’s helping, but why? I’m type 1, and all I can information on is type 2.
BY THE WAY, "MIKKI_DOO", I ALSO CHANGED WHAT I EAT TOO
