And I’m paranoid because with my first child I got hemorrhoids and they still haven’t gone away. This is a new doctor for me and I’m just nervous. It’s gross and I’m really embarrassed about them. lol maybe I could just tuck it in or something or put a band-aid on it hahaha. Any advice or help or reassurance would be appreciated.

I’ve had one or two hemorrhoids for a few months, and have survived by applying prescription cream whenever I need to use the washroom.

Would getting a new prescription and applying it a few times a day get rid of them?
Is there any over the counter medicine that would actually get rid of them?
Are there any things I can do physically (exercises, avoiding certain stances etc.) to help?
Will they go away on their own?
If all else fails how does the doctor get rid of them? I’ve heard about them being cut open or having an elastic band put around them? How does that feel? Are there any other ways?

So they hurt. I need advice about what oils/lotions, etc to use. Are there any alternative medicine treatments for this? Name me everything I can do to treat this. And if I should go to the dr. to get it out, what is the best method? Banding it or injection?
