Have been suffering pretty bad anal pain since my last bowel movement yesterday when there was blood in the toilet bowel. This is a fairly common occurence and I always assume is because i have piles & suffer from IBS. However though i have had some pain before after bleeding (not every bowel movement brings blood, usually only when having bad IBS) it has never lasted more than a few hours. The paini is driving me mad this time though, couold it be internal piles, or a fissure?

i have tags of skin round me bum bum…they hurt and bleed sometimes. will they ever go away, im too embarressed to go to the gp

I have very irritating piles and an anal fissure that opens when i poo usually. Are these two symptoms linked? What happens if either goes untreated?
