Hemorrhoids are pretty hard to not notice.
It can occasionally hurt to poop if you’re constipated. You shouldn’t go for more than 3 days without a bowel movement. If you do, then the feces hardens and becomes hard to pass.
You shouldn’t be straining to have a bowel movement, period. If you are, then you need more fiber. You can add it to your diet via fruits and veggies, avoiding dairy, or fiber supplements.
don’t know how many times you are going to ask but i would say use a stool softener since the fiber is not helping and you have hard stools an like i said you can have internal hemorrhoids
Hope these help. I am not sure though.
If its burning before and after pooing…Then read my answer below.
OK I have them too. The best medication is available in usual drug stores. Anusol* plus with extra pain relief. You can get this medication either in ointment or hemorrhoidal suppositories with anesthetic. Its a fast,long-lasting relief and helps reduce swelling and burning because of the anesthetic. I use the suppositories as it helps to put the hemorrhoid back inside. I know what it feels like and the hell a person goes through. Hope you feel better soon. Best of luck.
To help you poo softer and easier drink prune juice available in grocery shopes in juice section.
If it hurts and your stools are hard, what you need is more oils in your diet to lubricate it. I used to have this problem and was pretty damn constipated on a regular basis (no pun intended, lol) and fiber didnt help at all. Then I read somewhere that flax oil is excellent source of omega-3 oils, which among many other benefits, will help with constipation and hard stools. I started taking it every day and it worked WONDERS! I have never had that problem again. You can find flax oil pills at any store where they sell vitamins and supplements, such as the drug store or health food store.
If you have a hemmorhoid inside, most likely it would cause a little bit of bleeding that you would notice on the toilet tissue. Unless you have bleeding that is excessive or lasts longer than a few days, it’s really nothing to worry about. I developed an internal h. from sitting so long in so many damn hard chairs in college. As long as I keep taking my flax oil, it stays small and doesnt bother me. You can get cream and soothing wipe pads for hemorrhoids at the drug store too.
Try the flax oil. It REALLY works.
i don’t think that you need to see or feel anything on the outside for it to be hemroids
you probably need more fiber expesially if it is hemroids
my friend said that harry’s treatment worked on him
good luck man
