Lay down for 30 mins after you insert it. If you follow your MDs directions than you should be fine.

insert it lying on you left side and lie down for 20-30 minutes, or insert it before you go to bed. Some will leak out but most should remain where you put it.

If you put it in there, enough stays to do the job it is suppose to do. Some will always "leak" out, but that is okay.
