It's possible that your change in activity level brought on the hemorrhoid, but some people are prone to them and it's likely you would have eventually developed one, anyway. In fact, one of the biggest contributing factors to hemorrhoids is lots of exercise. It's common for someone who engages in vigorous, regular exercise to develop hemorrhoids.

There's no reason at all for concern, since a huge percentage of the population has them (it's a well-kept secret) and they're not usually problematic for more than a couple days at a time. The surgery to remove them, however, is apparently very painful and often doesn't resolve the issue for good, especially if the patient is biologically prone to develop hemorrhoids.

If I were you, I'd just mention it to your doctor during your next visit. It's not worth making an appointment unless the pain and discomfort start to interrupt your life. And chances are the doctor will just recommend that you use suppositories to alleviate your discomfort.

My recommandation is to taking care of your hemorrhoid now. You don't have any reason for doing anything. Take a look at this site for more information about H Miracle, a natural hemorrhoid cure.
