Do hemorrhoids ever go away on their own?
I’m 16 years old and I have external hemorrhoids. I got them from constipation because I don’t eat very well. They don’t ever hurt and are pretty small but I don’t like having them, it looks gross. They aren’t very big, I bought the Preparation H ointment yesterday, does that work well? I didn’t really know what to buy because I don’t need anything for relief as they don’t cause me any discomfort, I want something to shrink them.
Will I need surgery for my hemorrhoids to go away forever? Can they go away on their own if I start eating more fruits and vegetables? If so, how long can it take for them to be gone?

Ever thought of eating well then?
If you’re constipated for the rest of your life you will have hemorrhoids for the rest of your life, and they will get worse and worse and cause you severe pain.
