I’m really sorry. The only thing I can tell you is warm/hot baths with epsom salt, and a little prep H afterwards, but seeing that you have had one baby you may have to make time to do this. Maybe an easy stool softener to cut down on the irritation for a day or two. Start drinking lots of water and eating more veggies and fiber. No cheese, pain killers, or bananas, these all cause constipation, which I am sure you know can start the "roids" all over again. Good luck.
i’m sorry
Hemorrhoid is very common occurring to women had been pregnant. And it would be recurred when the circulation in the annus is suffered. Avoid long sitting, drink much water daily, and consume more fibers in your diet. Warm water sit bath, and hemorrhoid suppository/ ointment using could help when there is inflammation/pain. Small amount of bleeding would be stopped by itself by using hemorrhoid suppository.Continuous large amount bleeding need to see a doctor (protologist).
Speaking from personal experience, hemorrhoids may never go away. They seem to die down for a while then flare up, probably in part due to long periods of sitting, caffeine, spicy foods, straining during bowel movements, heavy lifting - all those things that cause hemorrhoids. Nature’s Perfect Remedy for Hemorrhoids has a good reputation for customer satisfaction. NPR contains horse chestnut which has anti-inflammatory qualities and it is available over the counter.
I got hemorrhoids with my first child, and continue having them with other 3. I have tried various treatment options - from prescription drugs to natural treatment, until I finally found Rue Care Oil and got rid of them. During the years I was keeping the hemorrhoids in a "low profile" with sitz bath, but mainly with a proper diet. All acid forming foods are contributing a lot to development of hemorrhoids, while alkaline forming foods are having a calming effect. It is very important to drink a good quality water (not tap water, but one with a good pH around 7.5 or higher), as well as avoiding all soda, coffee, black tea, alcohol (all highly acid forming drinks), drink water and green tea instead.
