Definitely you can’t do those strenuous activities this early. Be patient till you fully recover. Heavy activity may just complicate your post operation. Though mild exercises are advised to hasten recovery. Check with your physician as to when you can perform such sports. A friend of mine underwent same procedure and he was able to get back to his usual routine in 3 weeks time..maybe you can too.
No heavy lifting or strenuous activity for 4-5 days is the usual post procedure rule. You want to give it time to heal, and not bleed.
Good luck.
In order to find a suitable cure for hemorrhoids that works for you, it is important to learn about the condition itself.
There are numerous ways to initiate a hemorrhoid cure. Some doctors recommend an increase of fiber and fluids which helps soften stool. A softer stool lessens pressure on the anus and helps prevent the hemorrhoids from protruding.
Other ways to cure hemorrhoids are by taking several warm baths throughout the day or the applying hemorrhoidal cream to the affected area. Most times, these methods help lessen the annoyance and pain of the symptoms.
However, with the many options to cure hemorrhoids natural treatments are what many people are turning to. Learn more about an effective hemorrhoids cure and other information on the site http://tinyurl.com/qukcx4
give it 3 to 4 weeks, but be careful since strenuous activities may still have an impact regardless of you have recovered fully.
