My advice, drink more water, take in more fibre stuff like veggy & fruits. More Fibre less water cause constipation too, so more water. For the time being after doing your business, use water to wash instead of toilet paper. watch your diet, less fried, spicy & oily food & sleep early. If you can follow all this, you will be fine.
