help! blood while passing motion?
i am a 19-years-old guy. i had blood in my stool recently. i was doing my toilet business as usual. but this time i spotted blood in my stool, inside the water of the toiletbowl, and many dots of fairly red colored blood around the toiletbowl. i went to see a doctor the next day, and he said that it is due to piles, anal fissures, and he prescribed proctosedyl suppository, diosper and constipation syrup. The very next day, i did the toilet business again, this time i think there was a little blood in the stool, a little dots of fairly red colored blood around the toiletbowl, but when i wiped my Ass (use 2 tissue papers), red colored blood appeared on the tissue papers. the first wipe - quite alot of blood and some stool stain. the second wipe - very little/almost no blood, some stool stain. I feel a pain (something like sore-like pain) whenever the stool is coming out from the anus. what is wrong? i am very scared.

You are right you have piles also known as hamorhoids or fissures all commonly mean that the anus has got ruptured and thereby blood is being spilled whenever you are passing stools. Nothing to panic, the fresh red blood denotes that the blood has oozed out just now and there is nothing wrong in yours stomach or instestines because then you will have black stools since blood turn black after exporture. Take the medicines that the doctor is prescribing you. Stop all spices and chillies and other hot things. Drink plenty of water, coconut water for cooling you, Eat plenty of banana this will loose your stools and thereby reducing the rupture of your anus. Also drink lots of glucose water for cooling your anus. Wish you a speedy recovery.
It sounds exactly like your doctor said it was. Eat plenty of fibre to help clear your bowels and make your motions easier to pass. If it doesn’t clear up within two weeks, go back to your doctor as you may need to have the piles removed another way.
This site will explain piles for you…

You have 2 problems you have presented here.. Hemorrhoids and constipation.. You can get almost immediate relief using preparation H… constipation can be treated simply by finding a stool softener… (diocytylsodiumsulfosuxinate) or, determine why you are having a constipation problem.. It is usually the result of incomplete protein digestion.. This can be minimized in different ways.. either take a bit of vinegar with your meals and/or eat some papaya or buy the enzyme tablets.
I think you should get another doctors apinion and take yourself to the emergency room RIGHT NOW!Thats nowing to fuck around with and tell hospital you want to be checked for cancer down there, don,t be scared,my friend had it dun as a out patient and I was with him and they medacatite you and put you to sleep and it don,t hurt, they just look up your bum with sKINNY -Skinny camara to see if you have polups,if you do they remove them and your fine,But please get a second opion,Good luck,Hollywood
Nothing wrong, follow your doctor’s advice, finish your medicine your doctor prescribe to you. My advice, drink more water, take in more fibre stuff like veggy & fruits. More Fibre less water cause constipation too, so more water. For the time being after doing your business, use water to wash instead of toilet paper. watch your diet, less fried, spicy & oily food & sleep early. If you can follow all this, you will be fine. If you don’t follow, the worse you will ever experience.
Hi, KI,
Fresh blood in the stools can be due to bleeding piles (haemorrhoids), anal fissure (a small tear inthe mucosal lining if the anus) or something more sinister.
The doc HAS TO do a rectal examination to diagnose the problem correctly. For the former two, the treatment you have got is correct. It may take a little while to settle, but be patient for a few days.
Dietary habits are crucial in this regard. Lots of fibre and water. Eat pulpy fruit and leafy vegetables. This will make the stool more maleable and pass easier.
If the bleeding does not settle in a few days, see a Gastroenterologist or a Proctologist, who will do an endoscopy to see deeper up the bowels for an ulcer or a polyp.
