i have no real knowledge of the answer to this but i’m going to take a guess and say i wouldn’t want to eat tooooo high a fiber diet or it would be all runny right maybe a good balanced diet would be best but i’m just guessing

My friend told me pineapple makes for a nice texture and adds a little sweetness. Is pineapple high in fiber? I will ask Kim to google it for me.
